Products & Pricing

• All garments are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are inherent to heritage textiles and are not defects.
• Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Liquid Lemn is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Bespoke and custom commissions are final sale. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Bespoke Commissions

• Bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin production.
• Timelines are agreed individually and depend on complexity and material sourcing.
• Once fabric has been cut, cancellations are not possible.
• Minor variations from design mockups are expected given the handmade nature of the work.

Limitation of Liability
